All our properties are ideally situated in an area commonly called "Zone Louise Bascule", that is in a quiet street (Rue Emile Claus) joining the Avenue Louise to the Chaussée de Waterloo, at walking distance from the "Bois de la Cambre".
All properties are rented furnished, short-term (from 3 to 11 months) or long term (1 year or more). We have 3 studios, 3 single bedroom apartments and 1 double bedroom, all quite recent and in perfects state, furnished pleasantly and rationally. A vast parking, including a secure floor is directly accessible by the elevator. Rental can be done "à la carte" according to options shown on the tariff.
